Master Tonic

*This recipe comes from our friend Jessica Fraser who likes to eat master tonic everyday to maintain a good healthy immune system.*
Equal parts by weight of:
- Onions
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Hot peppers
- Horseradish *Optional*

Chop it up and throw it all in a big crock or jar, top with enough apple cider vinegar to be able to easily stir the mix. Stir at least twice daily for one month, leave covered when not stirring.

It's ready to consume after one month.

Run it all through a blender or food processor to break the solid portion down, then strain through a fine mesh strainer.

The liquid is shelf stable and excellent as a potent shot if you feel an illness coming on, or as a spicy additive to meals that have cooled enough to not burn you (you can add it hot but you'll kill the good microbes.)

The solids are great mixed into cold spinach dips, on cheese and crackers, and for topping anything you want to add a hit of spicy to.
