Creamy Cultured Greek Dressing
With a blender or hand mixer combine;
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine or apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp sweetener of choice
- 1 clove of garlic, minced (or more if you like spicy)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Once fully blended add in;
- 1/2 cup of viili yogurt or milk kefir
Blend until smooth.
**Thin it out with a few tbsp of water if necessary.
Enjoy as a vegetable dip or on salad.
